The indoor pool was a great place to unwind.
We were deeply frustrated with the breakfast situation. Only being given two cards for four people meant not everyone could eat, which is absurd. On top of that, the hotel misrepresented the room type I booked and paid for. I was left with a lesser room without any compensation or apology from the indifferent staff.

a pleasant stay but some areas fell short
The room was spacious, which allowed for both comfort and ease of movement. I found the location convenient for visiting nearby attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was attentive, providing us with assistance when we needed it in a friendly manner. Additionally, I enjoyed the cozy feel of the lobby with its inviting seating and warm ambiance.
However, the noise from the hallway sometimes disrupted our relaxation.

My children wanted more breakfast options for kids.

The large, clean room provided a comfortable stay, complemented by delicious breakfast options. However, the lack of complimentary breakfast options was disappointing, and the thin walls led to noise disturbances from neighboring guests. Additionally, the billing discrepancy was frustrating, as I was quoted a lower price than what I was charged after check-in.

The Hilton Garden Inn in Wooster surprised me with its cozy vibe. The lobby felt warm the moment I stepped in, with comfy seating, fireplaces, and refreshing water infused with lemons and oranges. I found relaxation in my room, which, although older, was well-kept and had handy USB ports for my gadgets. The large room offered ample space and a clean environment. However, the bathtub had an odd, rusty feel underneath, which was unsettling. The gas station next door made fueling up convenient, and I enjoyed the easy drive to nearby shopping and dining options. I chose to order breakfast in the hotel, and it exceeded my expectations in quality, though it did come at an extra cost. One downside was the occasional noise from the hallway, which disrupted my peace at times. But overall, the thoughtful touches and pleasant atmosphere made the stay worthwhile.
